This luxurious home offers everything you could desire in a 30A beach vacation. Upon entering 12 Deer Lake, you will come to the private gated entrance. The driveway will allow 4 cars easily to park. Walk up the steps to the main entrance of the house, which takes you right to the second floor. There are two queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom on this level. Walk right into the living, dining and kitchen areas on this level. This area of the house features large windows and glass doors which give you amazing gulf views across the length of the living and dining rooms. Relax and watch your favorite movies on a large screen tv in the living room along with stretching out on comfortable and inviting furniture. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and there is a large bar between the kitchen and dining area that has 4 additional barstools for additional guests. The kitchen features granite countertops, as well as top of the line appliances. Stairs down will lead you to the first floor which includes a garage area, and a two full bed ensuite with an access door to the driveway area of the property. The third floor features the master bedroom. It is a wonderful retreat with a 4-poster style luxury king size bed with private balcony access and sweeping gulf views to wake up to! Enjoy the luxurious master bath ensuite equip with a jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower and his and hers vanity sinks. The fifth bedroom is also located on the 3rd floor. This room features a king bedroom ensuite and a private balcony. The beautiful courtyard and pool and hot tub area overlook the gulf. The pool is 10 x 24 and can be heated seasonally. It features a large trellised arbor with a table and chairs for dining poolside, a grill, and a large area to entertain your guests, family or friends.
