The Garden Rowan Tree #1 has a large garden area, perfect for families and groups to enjoy in the warmer months. A 6-seater dining table gives everyone seat. We have provided 2 additional metal basket chairs. Kitchen. Dining and Living Area The open-plan living space is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen with all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you may need. Relax in the lounge on the large sofa, complete with a flat screen smart tv with over 42 free view channels & Netflix. The sofa will turn in a sofa bed to sleep a further 2 guests. Have the freedom to choose from a night in after a long day or drinks and dinner in one of the many bars and restaurants the area has to offer. Super-fast WIFI comes as standard throughout the apartment. We provide a welcome pack with coffee pods, tea, and milk to allow you to make yourself at home. Bedrooms & Bathrooms The master bedroom has 2 twin beds which can also be made as a Super King along with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Please give us 2 days’ notice to make the twin beds into a Super King. A second bedroom has a king bed. Tried and tested mattresses guarantee a good night’s sleep! The apartment has 2 modern bathrooms, soft fluffy towels, shampoo, and conditioner, so no need to bring your own! Guest access Access to the whole apartment & garden. Leave your bags in a lockable cupboard at the apartment. This allows you to continue you enjoying Bristol even after checking out. Other things to note Guests can cancel free of charge 14 days prior to check-in. Please read our terms and conditions at the base of the homepage. Your Apartment needs 2 days' notice for linen to be left for the sofa bed. Beds will remain as 2 twins unless requested 2 days prior to your arrival. There are a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
