Located just a short walk or drive to the Main street of Merimbula, and only a short stroll down to the Merimbula boardwalk. Enjoy the fantastic views over looking Merimbula lake, the hinterland and out to sea!
The large opened planned living and kitchen area is where you will want to be soaking up that Morning sun or take your coffee outside to relax and enjoy the views and sunrise from the wrap around deck. The living area is home to an electric fireplace and air conditioning, and fan for all year round comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen with huge breakfast bar has everything you need to cook up a great home cooked meal.
The Main bedroom boast a king sized bed, private ensuite and a cosy light filled parents retreat area with access out onto the deck! The second bedroom is home to a queen sized bed, with a beautiful courtyard and garden outlook. The third bedroom is the perfect kids bedroom, fitting 3x single beds and still allowing plenty of room to do activities. Downstairs is a fully self-contained 1 bedroom apartment.
