Positive: a man called Ruslan was sent by the administrators to let me in. He was helpful They let us check in 1hr earlier. the flat is spacious indeed, and impressive vintage style furniture. huge beds. fantastic location, you can get everywhere by walking or a short ride everything in reasonable decorative order something always seems going on on this patch of the Ave Svobody, we saw some sports events, ad-hoc vocal artist, and generally has an artisitic free-spirited feeel. there is an artistic market nearby as well as Krakowski market which has anything you want. 8min ride to the train station, 25min to the airport. all the shops are nearby, very convenient
Negative: Unfortunately, there is a lot I didn't like, a lot of inaccuracies in description/comms. 1) checking in/out - stressful. I had an email with instructions on how to enter and collect the keys. The code and description of the boxes was not aligned with the reality. Eventually the above-mentioned Ruslan came over and retrieved the key with a completely different code. I did not appreciate the stress. Had the same situation upon checking out - the code was different and I was not made aware of it. Check this the day before. We were checking out in urgency, and we were grateful that our phone call was unswered - but we could have done without that sort of unnecessary stress. Things like that have to be correct. 2) a lot of things included are not true or misleading: - "view over courtyard" is a big claim. I'll add photos for you to judge, but it's a really run-down, very old property which hasn't been renovated for decades in communcal areas. I felt safe only after I stopped to observe the residents - it's totally fine. But it's not a classic "courtyard view" which I expected based on advertising. - we found a hand wash, dishwashing liquid and 3 near-finished stubs of toilet paper obviously left by previous guests. We stayed for a week, so I was a little surprised at that. No cleaning ladies, no front desk, no minimarket. no coffee maker (kettle - yes), no slippers, no toiletries - no shower gel, no shampoo. 2 small bin liners for 2 adults staying for over a week. It wasn't enough, so we had to leave some of the rubbish when we left. 3) bed linen too small for the beds the sofa in the TV / bedroom2 is very uncomfortable and worn down.
