Ahhh, Endless Summer- a true testament to its namesake, this completely remodeled 2BR/ 2BA condo will be sure to keep any guest from wanting to end their summer vacation. This second floor unit is completely furnished with contemporary furniture, crisp decor and a lovely view of Aransas Bay. Home will sleep up to 6 guests comfortably, so pack up the family ride and head down to Rockport's Racquet and Yacht club for a summer of endless fun!
As part of the RRYCC experience, all guests of #14-Endless Summer will have access to the community pool, 750 foot pier, tennis and basketball courts and picnic area with charcoal grill. Guests will also be able to bring along their boats and kayaks- there is plenty of parking space provided for trailers at the Rockport Racquet and Yacht Club!
This spacious, second floor condo boasts a large balcony with bistro seating for the ultimate sunset watching experience! After a long day of enjoying all the amenities this resort-styled property has to offer, retreat to your cozy living room area with high, vaulted ceilings and enjoy a family movie on the 65" flat screen TV. There is a sofa sleeper and comfy recliner to relax on for a night in.
The dining space flows nicely from the living room area, and here you will find a counter-height dining room table with seating for up to 4 guests. The galley-styled kitchen features all brand new stainless-steel appliances with gleaming, granite countertops and plenty of cabinet space stocked with everything you should need to kick start your endless summer of fun.
The master bedroom is a dream. Guests who stay in this room will have private balcony access and floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoying mesmerizing views of the bay and basking in in the sun from your king-sized bed will be no issue here! This bedroom has a large dresser to store your clothing and 50" flat screen television complete with complimentary cable access.
