Seahorse Cove welcomes you with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This spacious second floor condo on North Fulton Beach Road and Aransas Bay has everything for a fishing vacation or just a relaxing getaway. As a part of the Rockport Racquet and Yacht Club, guests can enjoy a 750 ft. fishing pier (this pier does not have fishing lights), swimming pool and a picnic area with a charcoal grill on acres of landscaped grounds. Sit on the balcony and drink your coffee while taking in the great views before starting your day. And don't forget your four-legged family member! We are pet friendly also. You and your family and pets can walk around the grounds of the complex and enjoy large old live oak trees and cool coastal breezes. The living room is bright and sunny with lovely views from the balcony. There's plenty of comfy seating and a flat screen TV. The living room opens to the dining room and kitchen area where there is a dining room table that seats up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and everything else for all your kitchen and dining needs. We also provide all linens and towels for a carefree stay. The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the shared balcony with the living room through the large glass sliding door. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a flat screen TV and great views from a private balcony. The third bedroom has one set of bunk beds, and one twin bed. There is another twin mattress available to place on the floor. Both bathrooms are coastal themed and have a bath and shower. You're only minutes away from all the fun of downtown Rockport! Rockport Beach is a fun and affordable way to spend a day relaxing and swimming. Kids will also have a blast at the beach with the multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets. There are picnic tables and grills that you can set up at for the perfect beach experience. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Spend a day shopping on Market Street and an evening walking along the water. You can also enjoy fresh fish while watching the sunset over the bay at one of Rockport’s many tasty seafood restaurants. Seahorse Cove is the perfect home to give you a carefree and relaxing family vacation. We hope to see you soon! Miss Kitty's Fishing Getaways has a zero tolerance policy in effect for the maximum occupancy numbers set for each home. These numbers are set by the owners and are specific to each home, and include both adults and children ages two and up. Anyone found in violation of this policy is subject to immediate removal from the rental home, and forfeiture of all monies paid. If you have a change in plans that includes an increase to the number of people in your party, please contact our office directly. VISITORS AND PARTIES - Renters are not allowed to invite guests to the rental homes for parties, BBQs, weddings, or for use of the facilities if it is going to put you over the maximum occupancy limits. The house and its amenities are strictly for the use of the renters. If you want to have a gathering with people other than in your rental group you will need to make arrangements to do so at a public place or meeting facility. CONDUCT - Rental homes are located in neighborhoods. Occupancy and use of premises should not disturb or offend neighbors or residents by means of parties, excessive noise, obnoxious behavior, excessive speeding through neighborhoods, discharge of fireworks, or any other noise-inducing mechanisms.
