Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Detailed instructions about the facilities (though some were slightly inaccurate). Easy access to the beach and a very nice view. A good amount of space and we had what we needed to do some light cooking, our laundry, etc. We were there in low season so parking was easy, I imagine in high season the garage parking would be essential. This was an affordable option, though it did come with some downsides.
Negative: We found the bed very uncomfortable (two single beads pushed together, and extremely firm, to the point our arms and legs would go numb and we had trouble sleeping). When we checked in, there was an unpleasant odor in the entire unit - perhaps cleaning supplies? This finished after a couple of days, however there was a foul smell from the bathroom for our entire stay. There was enough cooking equipment for what we needed but don't expect things like coffee, shampoo/shower soap etc.
