Welcome to Robins Nest at Lake Wilson Preserve - only 9 miles to Walt Disney World!
We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home.

Lake Wilson Preserve is a quiet (non-gated) community of 96 homes. This beautiful two story, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, pool home features two Master Suites with en-suite bathrooms and sleeps 10. It is ideally situated on a Conservation Lot with a view of the pond and is great for families. This house features:

TWO LIVING ROOM AREAS
As you enter the home you will find a seating area to the right with two large sofas overlooking the front of the house. Off the large kitchen is the second large living room with a 42" LCD TV, sofa and two armchairs.
KITCHEN & DINING AREAS
The large kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to prepare a simple snack to a full family meal. There is a lardge dining table to seat 8 comfortably and has views/access to the pool area.

Bedroom 1 - Upstairs Master King bed, 32" TV, en-suite bathroom, and balcony with chairs to relax and enjoy views of the swimming pool, pond and conservation land!
Bedroom 2 - Downstairs Master King bed, 32" TV, en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, 22" TV
Bedroom 4 - Two Twin beds, 22" TV

Bathroom 1 - En-suite bathroom off Bedroom 1 which has a sunk in bathtub, wlak in shower, double vanity unit and toilet
Bathroom 2 - Private bathroom off Bedroom 2 which can also be accessed via the hallway - walk in shower, sink, toilet
Bathroom 3 - Family bathroom with bath/shower combo, toilet & sink (upstairs)
* ALL towels are provided. Hair dryers are also provided.
CHILD FRIENDLY
This home is supplied with a pack n play (travel cot), booster seat, and two umbrella strollers.
Plastic cups, plates, cutlery are also supplied.

POOL AREA
A favorite of everyone - the pool area! Have fun in the large pool, soak up sun on the sun loungers or enjoy al fresco dining for 6 under the shelter with ceiling fan. Something for everyone! Beautiful views of the pond and conservation area.
There is a pool safety fence to keep the little ones safe.
POOL HEAT DESCRIPTION
* The pool can be heated on request and for an additional charge.
* Pool Heat is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in summer.
* Pool heat is set to 88 degrees F. The achieved temperature will vary according to the weather conditions of the day/night and is not guaranteed.
* The pool heater runs for approximately 12-15 hours each day and will turn off overnight.
POOL HEAT PRICING
* Pool heat is $35 per night including tax for a minimum of 5 nights. Pool heat is bookable for shorter stays than 5 nights, but for a minimum fee of $175.
* Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the duration of your stay. Exceptions can be made to stays longer than 14 nights.
* Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid an additional activation fee of $40. This fee is payable to enable an engineer to attend to the activation of the system.
* Example: Pool heat will cost $245 including tax for a 7 night stay if requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival.
For the BBQ grill, We have a brilliant rental partner who can deliver a serviced and clean grill to you. There are 2 options:
2-Burner BBQ Grill: $75 + tax
5-Burner BBQ Grill: $110 + tax
This includes a full propane tank
LAUNDRY AREA & GARAGE
There is a full size washer and dryer, iron & ironing board for your use in the garage. The garage can also be used to park your car. There is room for 2-3 cars on the drive way also.
Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* There are grocery stores within 2 miles (Publix, Aldi)
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification. All of these items must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.
