Walking distance to beaches, stunning views of the river, full modern kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove, comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, spa like shower with massage jets, open dining and living space with large flat screen TV and fold down sofa for an extra guest, beautiful newly remodeled hardwood, fully fenced in private garden with multi level decks and patios with lounge seating, outdoor dining, propane BBQ, beautiful cedar hot tub on lower deck with views of redwoods and stargazing at night. Peace and tranquility, with activities within walking distance. Excellent restaurants nearby in Guerneville and Occidental.

Guests will have access to the entire space including outdoor lounge areas, decks, and exclusive use of the gorgeous cedar hot tub.
We also prioritize the health and safety of our guests and also of us as hosts of course.
Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available for all guests to use. Please take extra care in using the wipes to clear up bathroom surfaces after using.
If you are feeling under the weather or have been in a high risk situation, we ask that you please stay home until you are feeling better. Our home will still be available and we will be happy to host you when you're well and safe again!
