Positive: Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Kitchen well equipped but very very small and no storage space for our foodstuffs as pantry was locked by owners.
Negative: Management company, VACASA, was awful. We had several issues which they said they would deal with and didn't. All talk and NO action. Worst was driveway that was a block of ice as it had not been cleared properly and steps to front door had not even been cleared at all. No way to walk down driveway to walk into town (clambered over snow bank to neighbors driveway) - it was treacherous. Very very hard to get living room heated. They had heat turned down to 50 degrees when we arrived and it took more than 24 hours of turning up thermostat to get it up to 65 in living room (and it wasn't even cold outside). They need more space heaters. Also they had large couch in front of electric baseboard heater. We have always believed that one should not put furniture on top of electric heaters. When we moved couch out to try and get more heat into room the floor under couch was truly filthy and a trove of lost items .... I have pictures! Please don't put BBQ at bottom of steps into garage so you can't step onto bottom step. These issues could be prevented or rectified with a half way decent management company.......
Summary: Management company, VACASA, was awful. Will never stay at another property managed by them.
