This cozy and spacious condominium offers pristine views and access to the beautiful Payette River. Nestle in a cozy nook with a book, and enjoy the crackle of the wood burning fireplace. This layout offers adequate room for all guests to have personal space yet enjoy the comfort of sharing time together boasting over 1200 sqft of living space. The oversized windows offer incredible views of the river, so peaceful. The kitchen offers endless ammenities, a nice counter/bar top area for guests to enjoy while food making memories are being created. A wonderful deck offers prime seating to catch glimpses of the wildlife perusing the river in natures backyard. The dining room has ample seating to accomodate guests comfortably while the living area, with its furnishings that inspire the desire torelax. There are two bedrooms, each with Queen beds, all fresh new linens, lots of cozy blankets and 2 full bathrooms. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for use during your stay and an efficient, inviting wood burning fireplace, (wood is provided for guests). There is plenty of parking around the tennis court area and a one car garage for use during your stay.
