Summary: I was disappointed that my room did not have a balcony as I expected. I did not expect to have one of the rooms that has a balcony overlooking the river, but I at least expected a balcony with a "city" view. After initially moving into my room, I checked the property's website my room and, indeed, there is a picture showing a balcony. It appears that some Kings have a balcony and some do not. I recommended that their website be updated to distinguish between the two types of rooms. I brought this up to the front desk staff, and they were able to move me to a King room with a balcony. I must say though, they could have "knocked it out of the park" by moving me to a room with a balcony onto the river (mine looked out onto the parking lot). I want to specifically call out Marisol who is the person who checked me in and then followed up on my situation later in my stay.
