The main Torquay shopping and dining precinct is a short 10-minute drive away.

Landscaped green spaces give the kids heaps of room to play on the sweeping lawns and native gardens, plus a basketball ring and trampoline. Pick your own seasonal fruit from the orchard (apples, cherries, apricots, pears, plums) and vegies from the garden.
With a King-size master bedroom (with ensuite), study and powder room on the top level it is quite self-contained for two people. If the whole family or other guests are coming, the three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and substantial second living area on the ground level can all be utilised.

Our beach house is within easy driving distance to beaches, parks and shops. Ample off-street parking available.
Closest train station 20km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Jan Juc is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne.
Getting Around:
Beaches - Our beautiful local beaches include world famous surfing reserve, Bells Beach and Winkipop, a short 5min drive away. Go for walks along the clifftop track to discover waves for experienced surfers only, namely Bird Rock, Steps, Winki Pop and Bells, with Jan Juc surf beach located further to the east.
Family-favourite, Cosy Corner, is a few km’s away and both Jan Juc and Torquay beaches offers patrolled family options for swimming and surfing in the summer months.
Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 40mins drive away.
