It is a large studio of about 400 sqft.
The studio offers a simple kitchen, a bathroom with a tub shower, a queen-sized bed, a couch and coffee table, a flat-screen TV with Roku channels, and a working desk/dining table.

Valet parking is available for $20-35 per night (by a private company, price fluctuates). A more affordable option is to park in the municipal garage on 7th Street. You can temporarily park in front of the building in the valet zone to load/unload the luggage.
Wifi is mostly sufficient for internet browsing. As it is provided by the building, it may be a little spotty in high season as more people use the Internet. If you need fast-speed wifi to work, a 5G sim card is highly recommended. We have strong 5G signals in the area.
The building is an Art Deco contributing building that has been modernized throughout.
The condo has a few pending cosmetic repairs such as a cracked tile. It does not affect the use.
1. Please keep in mind that if there is any noise/smoke reported, your booking will be cancelled without refund. This also applies if there are more people coming than expected.
2. We can provide early check in before 3pm or late check out after 11am upon availability. An extra fee of $20 per hour will be apply for the extra time of stay.
3. No wet swimming suit, tanning lotion or makeup on the sofa or bed. Do not wipe make up with the towels we provide. We will bill for permanently stained towels and sheets.
4. For any issue or complaints, we will try to resolve within 24 hours. We do not issue refund.
5. We do not accept cancellation due to reasons that are out of our control ( building amenities, utilities outage, noises etc.) we will try to resolve but no refund will be issued.
