Positive: Lovely, helpful, and genuinely friendly staff who went out of their way to make the stay feel personal and relaxed. From arrival to departure, they were attentive without being overbearing, always happy to help with recommendations or arrangements. A special thank you to Othman and Mohammed, who made the experience even more enjoyable with their kindness and support. The property itself is beautiful, with a modern and stylish riad twist that still retains its charm and authenticity. The design is thoughtfully done, blending contemporary touches with traditional elements, and there’s great attention to detail in both the decor and the communal spaces. The rooms were excellent, clean, comfortable, and well presented, with a nice balance of character and modern comfort. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and a place I would happily return to.

Negative: A few small areas could be improved. The cups and table at breakfast could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the room would benefit from better ventilation. A bit more space in the room would also make it feel more comfortable. The rooftop has potential but could be enhanced further, perhaps with more attention to the setup or atmosphere to make it a more enjoyable place to relax.
