Thoughtfully positioned to capture sweeping views across green pastures and shimmering Westernport Bay, Resthaven invites you to relax and reconnect—with nature, family, and yourself. You might even be greeted by a curious mob of kangaroos hopping by.
Tucked within a peaceful, secure gated community, this home offers the ideal blend of privacy and comfort—perfect for families, friends, and even your furry companions.
Inside, a wide central hallway leads to four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with built-in robes. The master and third bedroom feature private en-suites, while the second and fourth share a stylish central bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet.
The heart of the home is the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space—framed by spectacular views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Cozy up by the solid fuel fireplace or step outside to the sprawling deck, where a solar-heated infinity pool and gas-heated spa await.
A few steps down, the fifth bedroom enjoys direct garden access and is ideal for teens or additional guests. The outdoor spaces are made for fun and relaxation, with a trampoline, basketball hoop, cubby house, and play area in the enclosed backyard.

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath, and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $35 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
