One of the best values on the beach, these individual cottages are raised beach homes with parking underneath for convenience. The Guest Cottages come with all the conveniences of home including a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer in every unit. This condo can sleep 6 with a one queen, two twins and a sleeper sofa. Swim in your choice of several pools or take a short walk to the oceanfront. Wi-Fi is a real plus.

Less than a 5-minute drive to "restaurant row" of Myrtle Beach where you will find dozens of restaurants, all types of shopping including Tanger Outlets and live music venues.

Summary: Since we have stayed in several different Guest Cottages over the past 30 years we are very familiar with them. This was the first time we reserved through Verbo and Beach Vacations. The process went fine but the house was ok at best. When we arrived it was clear that there was a bug problem. We found 4 dead cockroaches when we arrived and over the course of the next three days we had to kill 5 more. We notices a small spot on the master bath ceiling that turned out to be a group of black ants that seemed to mysteriously disappear into a small hole in the ceiling after a day or two. The refrigerator doesn't keep things very cold even on the coldest setting and the ice maker doesn't work very well. Makes very little ice over a 24 hour period and most of it melts on the bottom of the tray. The filter on the AC return is so dirty and needs replacing that I was surprised it even works. It appears that this is just a rental property and while some things seem to have been updated over the years this cottage need quite a but of attention.
