This unique home has a comfortable style and is perfect for singles or couples, kids, and pets. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with everything you need just minutes away. This home is close to the airport, shopping centers, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and three city parks within walking distance. There's plenty of parking, even for an RV! Relax and enjoy this peaceful place to stay.
The space
You can self-check-in to this single-story home anytime day or night. This home is perfect for short or long-term stays. There’s even RV parking if needed, and guests are welcome to also pull their vehicle into the two-car garage.
The living area has a 65” smart TV mounted on the wall with a comfortable couch and recliner for viewing and relaxing. Flip down the middle section on the couch and you find drink holders and a place to charge your cell phone.
The kitchen has epoxy countertops, a gas cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Cabinets are stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery, skillets, pots, and pans. For coffee drinkers, there is a Keurig coffee machine complete with sweeteners and creamers. Outdoor cooking is also available on a handsome stainless-steel grill in the backyard.
Kids and adults can enjoy the game room in the back of the house with a wall-mounted TV, a Foosball table, and a bistro table for board games. An assortment of games can be found on the adjacent built-in shelves.
The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed surrounded by a tropical motif from floor to ceiling. You’ll also find a charging station on one of the nightstands. This bedroom offers two closets where you’ll find extra pillows, blankets, and a cloth hamper. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom complete with towels and a shower dispenser for shampoo, cream rinse, and body wash.
The second bedroom has two single beds set in a nautical theme of blue giving you an aquarium feel. A charging station for your cell phone is also provided along with extra blankets and pillows in the closet.
If you need a fifth bed space, look no further than the dedicated office. There you’ll find a five-foot desk, a high-speed wireless internet connection, another charging station for your phone, and a comfy futon made with memory foam. The futon easily folds down into another bed. Sheets, pillows, and a blanket are in the closet.
The hall bathroom is stocked with clean towels, toiletry supplies, and a first aid kit. Extra towels are available next to the bathroom in the adjacent linen closet. Other amenities are a washer and dryer in the utility room and an ironing board for your convenience. Additionally, if you have the need, a folding highchair is available and can be found in the hall closet.

The entire home and backyard are yours to enjoy. If you bring a pet, please make sure you clean up after them. There's a "pooper-scooper" in the storage shed, along with sacks, water and food bowls, and a towel to wipe doggie feet on rainy days.
The fireplace in the game room looks great but is not functional, sorry, the chimney damper is closed.
