Summary: This unit needed major upgrades to living room furniture. The couches were uncomfortable and provided no support. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were filthy inside and out and did not have the basic utensils (larger skillet, measuring cups, measuring spoons). The cabinets were falling apart. There was insufficient silverware to go past one meal. The knob on the washing machine was broken. The dishwasher did not complete the cycle past the wash and rinse. It popped open before the sanitize dry cycle started, so the dishes were wet and had to be dried by hand before returning to the cabinets. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The baseboards were filthy. The toilet roll holder in the main bathroom was ready to fall off the wall. The toilets did not flush properly. The windows were filthy. The window in the spare bedroom was broken. The overall state of the unit was “we want money and don’t care what the unit looks like.” This is the the third VRBO listing we have used and have been disappointed all three times. We will not use your company again.
