NON SMOKING, newly built contemporary, chic, and spacious 3 bedroom beach front condo, located on the beautiful South Coast of Barbados in the Oistins area. Located on Maxwell coast road, this unit is across the road from the beach and just a short walk away from the supermarket and several local restaurants. Close by is Oistins Fish Market (the hot spot on a Friday night for locals and tourists alike), a gym. It is also on the bus route- which with make exploring the island a breeze. The space This unit is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy Barbados. From wifi and a tv in every room, to beach/pool flats, AC, and a board game or two, there is something for everyone. There is a balcony that stretches along the front of the condo, providing this picture-perfect views. Special touch to this unit is that the master bedroom opens out onto the balcony (and who does not love a room with a view that you can see while enjoying breakfast in bed). Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom are en-suite and the unit comes equipped with washer and dryer. Guest access Guests have access to all amenities. There is a secured parking area for the condo. This is shared with the building, however the unit has two allotted spots. Additionally, guests have access to the pool and deck, which is shared among all patrons of the building. Other things to note Depending on length of stay, a housekeeper will come to clean the condo, change sheets and freshen towels. Guests do not need to be there for the housekeeper to come and tidy.
