Positive: Clean, great location, although it’s an apartment it leaves an impression of private house.
Negative: Lining being charged, family of four and only two forks in the kitchen, hand soap only in one bathroom, it’s mandatory to leave the kitchen clean, but they don’t provide dishwashing detergent/sponge/kitchen towels/cloths. So you need to go to the store and buy everything, and if you don’t leave it clean - your deposit will be taken. Same thing with the garbage - except the separation its mandatory also to take it on the place in the city intended for that. It’s totally unpractical before heading to the airport searching for the garbage disposal area. We have never experienced anything like this.
