Great location in a quiet gated neighborhood, it’s away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to Disney parks, Shopping, Restraurants, parks and supermarkets.
As you enter the home, you’ll find a spacious open floorplan with high ceilings. The fully stocked kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances. There’s seating for 8 at the adjacent dining room table. The open living room has comfortable seats and a large screen 55" Roku TV. Sliding glass doors take you to the private lanai with outdoor patio furniture and on the screened pool patio area you will find a chaise lounge chair to enjoy the warm Florida weather.
The King bedroom has a large walk-in closet, a 55" Roku TV, and master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The queen bedroom has a TV and has its own bedroom. Kids will love the Mickey-themed bedroom featuring a TV. A baby pack-and-play and high chair are provided.

One of the highlights of Solana Resort is the fabulous Clubhouse with its resort size heated pool and spa. Surrounded by palm trees the pool area is a true oasis in the heart of Florida. The large colorful deck area has ample loungers and is perfect for unwinding in the Florida sunshine. If you have children and want to take a little break from the sun there are cabanas to give a little shade. You can take a dip in the inviting blue waters of the pool to cool off, or why not relax in the spa with a nice cold drink?
Pool Heating Available for a fee of $40/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days; you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes some time to warm and is turned ON the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee any minimum temperature as it depends on the outside weather factors in which we have no control. The pool heater is set at 88F. If you request pool to be heated after your check-in, we cannot guarantee we can turn it ON (24 hours advance notice required) and even if so, it is not guaranteed water will heat enough during the remaining of your stay. Pool heater runs 12 hours a day usually from 8 AM until 8 PM. No refunds if water does not warm up as you wished.
