New wood flooring in the main areas, kitchen, bathrooms (2021), and upper level offer attractive visual compliments to the main floor which includes new carpeting (2021) the spacious family room (comfortable seating for 10-12) with vaulted ceiling, exposed wood beams, stone hearth with natural wood burning fireplace and 55 inch flat panel TV with DVD for your entertainment, all encapsulated with welcoming decor throughout. 2 separate master bedrooms (each with 32 inch Flat Screen TV’s) with new carpeting (2021) with fully renovated bathrooms and including 2 new large fully tiled showers in 2021 are also located on the main floor. Master bedroom #2 has access to a super private deck, great for your morning coffee or some quiet time. Master bedroom #1 is beautifully equipped.
The brand new kitchen (May 2014) offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a decorative backsplash. You'll enjoy cooking a family meal here after a great day at the beach or out seeing the beautiful sights of Northern Michigan with a fully stocked kitchen! The dining area with seating for 10 (2 additional table extenders available with chairs) is directly adjacent to the kitchen and opens up to the family room so you are never tucked away from family and friends. Also located on the main floor is the laundry room with large washer and dryer.
Make your way up the stairs and you will find 2 more good sized private bedrooms. Bedroom #3 has a KING sized bed (and 32 inch flat screen TV) and bedroom #4, or the bunk room, has matching twin and a twin/full/bunk (sleeps 3), as well as, a light and cheery full bath with double vanity and new tiled shower/tub combination in 2021. Two separate decks located at the back of the unit and accessible from the family room and one of the master bedroom via sliding doors make for pleasant mornings and evenings or when you just need some alone time. The entire home has wireless high speed internet access for your enjoyment.
Summertime is incredible along the shores of Little Traverse Bay. Our renters enjoy a private beach house and a 2 mile long private beach that is only accessible to Harbor Cove residents and guests. Other association amenities include an outdoor pool and bathhouse. For those rainy days, take a dip in the indoor pool or hot tub and enjoy the sauna or use the clubhouse for private gatherings!
