Sit back on our deck with a book and your special beverage and enjoy our magnificent views.The moment you step into the property you will be impressed, a well thought out quality modern property with a great floor plan designed for easy living & privacy. Enter via the extra wide timber door to the sound of the water feature, a louvred glass hallway connects two zones of the property and two interlinked fishponds and waterfall run under this hallway. The two queen sized bedrooms with ceiling fans & TV's, are situated in this end of the property. A luxury family bathroom with both bath & shower plus separate toilet is located outside the bedrooms. Then move into the spacious open plan living with plenty of windows for great cross ventilation with a sleek modern kitchen with stone benches, 900mm stove, with huge breakfast bar. In the other section of the property there are king size bedrooms with amazing views each room has split beds that can be made into 2 long singles or a King bed. The main bedroom has a luxury ensuite bathroom and a parents retreat with a double sofa couch suitable for children to sleep. There is an extra toilet that is located outside the the other middle king bedroom. (3 in total). Each room is equiped with ceiling fans & TV's. This accommodation can accommodate up to 8+ people, we have 4 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds - 2 Long single or King beds one double sofa couch and 3 toilets.
