Ideally located three lots in from 30A and just a few steps to the pristine beach or downtown Seaside, this beach retreat begins has three amazing wraparound porches allowing you to take in the stunning Gulf views, ocean breeze, and the sounds of the surf. Walk through the double screen doors on to the front porch that comes furnished with comfortable wicker pieces creating a welcoming conversation area from the moment you arrive. The first floor of this amazing cottage, has an open floor plan with flow between the kitchen and dining area while family relaxes in the living room. The chef's style kitchen has top of the line appliances and has a half bath on the main level. Outdoor dining area with gas grill is just off the kitchen. On the second floor are two bedrooms. The queen master suite has a private full bath, and the second bedroom has two twin beds and full bath ensuite. Both bedrooms have private porches perfect for sunbathing or relax on the outdoor swing bed. The entire 3rd floor is the tower bunk room featuring three bunk beds (6 twin beds) which makes for great sleeping accommodations for the kids or kids at heart.
