Very well located, as well as the nearby beaches you are also adjacent to a park with kids playground and a short walk to Cape Tavern and cafes.
The space
Relax and enjoy the expansive views from the living/dining or the front balcony - the sunsets are often really nice here.
The beaches are only a short walk away, with a few options available for whether you want calm waters or some small waves.
The house itself is fairly modern; setup for comfortable easy living. We like to cook a bit, so the kitchen has all the essentials. At the other end from the main living area are three bedrooms. Out the back is a covered patio and bbq, plus a heated outdoor shower - those with kids especially will appreciate this when returning from the beach!
We have a range of books, games and puzzles, plus some tennis racquets you can use.
