If you are coming to Florida for the beach, you won't have to go far. Just walk out on the screened balcony. Available for your use is a pool, hot tub, sauna and tennis court. Two bedrooms and two baths sleep 6. Master bedroom with kingsize bed, has a sliding door to the deck, TV , walk in closet, two sinks and a walk in shower with a teak bench. The second bedroom has a view of the inter-coastal, double closets, TV, and queen size bed. The living area includes a leather sectional with a pull out full size bed, large TV, games, and deck access. There is a dining area also great for cards or computer work. Furnished kitchen includes a breakfast table, microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and a blender for those tropical drinks. You may also choose to enjoy one of the many local fresh seafood restaurants. Family friendly as well as more eloquent date night dining are located near by. You will find water sports rental within walking distance, however, towels, chairs & umbrella, Boogie boards, sand toys, insulated beach bag, and tennis rackets are here to enjoy. There is a washer and dryer as well as a drying rack for those wet towels and suits. Condo is equipped with free wifi and cable. Security is priority with a keyed entrance to building as well as the pool and beach. Friendly and informative guard on duty every evening. Summary: Clean property. All towels, kitchen supplies and other necessities provided. Two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms. One big bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Great kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator and all other cooking appliances. Ninth floor with great views out to the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. All beach accessories like beach toys, beach chairs, body board, beachball supplied in the closet. Would definitely stay here again.
