Positive: It was quiet and nice.
Negative: The refrigerator wasn't working. All of our groceries went bad over night and had to call the maintenance first thing that morning. The toilet in the masters bathroom was flushing-had to call maintenance. Ice machine doesn't work at all. My nephew fell in the walk way outside because of a slippery soapy puddle. Clearly the maintenance poured out a mop bucket or something so it was very slippery-no wet floor sign either. We couldn't even see the puddle-he slid and fell. His ankle hurt the while time there but was still able to walk on it. We called the number on the fridge-which was the only number listed told them about it and told them to please get somebody to clean it up or cover it-wet floor sign, maybe. Nothing was done. We ourselves had to do it so we wouldn't hurt ourselves or anybody else to fall.
