In the heart of Modena, a few steps from the most famous streets of the city, in an elegant period building I offer you this elegant and refined apartment, just renovated.
The apartment is on two levels connected by an internal private staircase. The ground floor consists of an independent entrance and a service office, the first floor of a large living room with sofa bed, 55" SMART HD TV, a kitchen area equipped with appliances and new dishes, a bedroom with large wardrobe Poliform and Frette linen.
On the same floor there is also the bathroom with a large shower 160 cm wide, with washing machine and dryer contained in a wardrobe.
