Full of character and charm, Redwood Cottage is a great option for your Southern Highlands getaway. It is an affordable, comfortable, rustic cottage that still has many of its original features including the kitchen and bathroom. The house is pet friendly with a fully fenced front and back yard. Redwood Cottage is available for holiday or permanent rentals. Location- Redwood Cottage is within easy driving distance of Bowral town, Moss Vale, and all wineries, wedding venues and other local attractions. The local pony club grounds and the beautiful Burradoo Park are an easy and highly recommended walk from the house. Key Features- Ideally located, comfortable and retaining many original features, Redwood Cottage is a great option for your Southern Highlands getaway. Sit back on the full sized vernadah, admire the gardens and watch the world go by! Configuration- Redwood Cottage has a comfortable living room that opens onto the front verandah. There is a separate dining area and kitchen, with an original Meters stove (display only.) There are two comfortably sized bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a combined bathroom and laundry. Outdoors -The gardens at Redwood Cottage are sure to impress. The fully fenced yard is great for your pets, and the full sized front and back verandahs are ideal to sit and relax. The back verandah has a BBQ and outdoor setting to make the most of the beautiful gardens. Heating and cooling- Redwood Cottage has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the dining room / living area,and fans in the two bedrooms. The windows and doors can also be opened up to catch any breeze. For cooler months or winter, thereare oil heaters and electric blankets in the bedrooms, as well as a gas fireplace in the living area. Linen - Linen and bath towels are provided at Redwood Cottage. Parking- There is plenty of parking on the driveway. The garage is reserved for the owners personal use. Pets- Pets are welcome at Redwood Cottage. Please bring a bed for your dog, and do not allow them on the beds or furniture. Please also clean up after your pet. Minimum stay - there is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter. Internet / Wi-Fi access- If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
