This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment features an open-plan living area with Netflix, Stan, and PlayStation. A roomy balcony has an outdoor sofa and barbecue. Just 3 kilometers from Sydney’s CBD (Downtown), there are great eateries, supermarkets and public transport close by as well as Moore Park ‘Supa Centa’ and golf course. It’s also just a few minutes by car to the University of Sydney, Prince Alfred Hospital, Broadway Shopping Centre, Paddy’s Markets, Victoria Park and Newtown. The Space: This beautifully styled, light-filled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has polished floorboards throughout. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, 4-burner gas cooktop, wall oven, and microwave, and overlooks an open-plan living/dining area with a dining table setting for 4 people. The living space has a comfortable modular lounge suite, a large ‘Smart’ flatscreen TV with Netflix and Stan streaming services, PlayStation, and a Sony Sound Bar with Google Home. This open-plan area flows through to a generous, north-facing balcony which has a 2 person outdoor table setting, a 4 person outdoor sofa, and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, large windows with block-out blinds, lots of closet space and a ceiling fan. They each also have en-suite bathroom, one with a spa bathtub/shower combined and the other with a spacious walk-in shower recess. An internal ‘European-Style laundry has a separate washing machine and dryer. Note: this is a no-smoking apartment, including on the balcony. The Neighborhood: Redfern residents enjoy a cosmopolitan lifestyle, eating out and catching up with friends in the many local cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s a short walk from the apartment to several supermarkets, Moore Park ‘Supa Centa’, the Moore Park golf course and Redfern Park, or a few minutes by car to the University of Sydney, Prince Alfred Hospital, Broadway Shopping Centre, Paddy’s Markets, Victoria Park and Newtown. Getting Around: There are several bus services within a few minutes walk of the apartment which will take you into Sydney’s CBD (Downtown) and Circular Quay, home to Sydney’s iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge. There are also bus services nearby that you can catch to shopping hub Bondi Junction, with easy bus transfers to our famous Bondi Beach. Redfern train station and major transport hub Central Station are both 16 minutes walk away, with regular services to the CBD, Circular Quay, the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and the airport (international and domestic terminals). Other Things to Note: * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month.
