The Palm Coast F202 at Wailea Beach Villas recently joined Private Paradise Villas, and it will be fully refreshed with mostly all-new updated furniture. Photos or design boards will be available once all purchase decisions are finalized. F202 will provide guests with the same level of comfort, cleanliness, and quality that is provided in all of our other managed properties, so although decor details are not immediately available we assure all potential guests the experience will exceed expectations!
The Palm Coast F202 at Wailea Beach Villas is an ocean view second level grand residence of more than 3,500 square feet. It will provide 3 large private bedroom suites under one roof (King in ocean primary, Cal King in 2nd primary, 2 Queen beds in third bedroom), 3 full bathrooms, a half powder hallway bath, a spacious great room with living, dining and kitchen, and a laundry room. As with all properties created by Private Paradise Villas, the kitchen will be elaborately equipped for genuine family-style cooking and entertaining, and there will be room for 8 people for dining between the new indoor dining table, exterior dining table and counter seats.
The F building is conveniently located in the center of the resort. It is close to the family pool, the lobby, the Shops At Wailea, and yet it is also close to the beach and the heated adult swimming pool and spa. After you park and exit your vehicle, you travel directly into your vacation home via the semi-exclusive elevator. Parking is just steps away from your front door.
Indoors, abundant sunshine streams through the many windows and solid floor to ceiling glass doors. Enjoy plenty of natural light without the excessive warmth of direct sun that can make staying in a higher floor villa less comfortable. With confidence, we like to boast that you may not want to go anywhere during your holiday, other than to lounge day and night on your own expansive covered alfresco lanai. Expect beautiful seasonal sunsets from F202, views of the blue Pacific, starlight skies, dancing tiki torches, and the charming glitter of resort ambiance.
A large cleanly wall-mounted television provides fun entertainment in the great room, and each bedroom will also have a large over-sized flat panel television, HD cable box with HD channel subscriptions, charging stations, Netflix account, streaming capability, and a speaker system. There is complimentary Wi-Fi and multiple areas to work including from the dining table with an ocean view! The living room has an HD DVR that will record your favorite entertainment while you are at the beach. Additional upscale details include a built-in complimentary no-charge guest safe, premium high thread-count bath and bed linens, plush pillow-top beds, and extra linens in every closet.
The full kitchen is extraordinarily well equipped with a full array of top-shelf cooking and dining supplies including crystal glassware, an Espresso/Cappuccino maker, Hotel Collection bone china plate ware, professional cookware, two Sub-Zero refrigerators with beverage drawers, freezer with ice maker, Thermador stainless steel convection oven with microwave, Gaggenau gas range, Bosch electronic dishwasher, and dual coffee makers with grinder. Guests who choose to dine-in will enjoy cooking on the private in-villa Viking gas grill.

- Occupancy in excess of six guests requires using existing bedding or rental bedding at extra rental cost. There are only four beds provided in the villa.
- Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.
Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.
