Summary: The location was excellent. Never really saw any staff. Never had room cleaned even when we left the sign on the door requesting it. Had to ask for towels and bath products the one time we saw someone in the office. There were no instructions on how to operate the thermostat remote which we finally figured out the last night. Loved the breakfast coupons for Oscars! Oscars is great!
