Beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse in the heart of Nueva Andalucia and the famous Golf Valley. Located in the popular Aloha Pueblo, opposite several bars and restaurants, and just 5 minutes drive to Puerto Banús, this lovely property is a dream for families, golfers and groups alike. Recently renovated and redecorated, the townhouse features modern and light décor, which complements and maximises the space on offer.
Entrance through the front door presents guests with the fully equipped kitchen on the right, the spacious living room and terrace in front, and the staircase to the bedrooms and bathrooms located downstairs on the left. The contemporary kitchen has everything needed for those wishing to cook and entertain from home, providing guests with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking utensils, glasses, plates, pots and pans, etc.
The open living room provides guests with a dining area, L-shaped sofa facing a SMART TV hung on the wall, and large patio doors that not only give great deals of natural light and stunning views of the iconic La Concha mountain, also allows access to the private terrace with 4 sun loungers. The south east facing apartment will enjoy morning to afternoon sunshine!
