Positive: Katie was the most lovely host and we enjoyed our stay. There is a very nice feeling about the place. The price reflects the standard of the building. It is a great location and it is kept clean. The facilities are all there and great for families with lots to do locally. We really enjoyed the Lotto evening too.
Negative: The decor is very dated which takes away from all the good points. The pool is clean but the chlorine seemed a little off which made us question why it was like that and it needs a fan to take away the condensation which isn't pleasant and also makes it seem much older/unhygienic than it is. It is obviously cared for so it seems unfair that there are lots of small building maintenance jobs to fix.
