650 sq ft 2 bedroom 1 bath Condo. Maximum occupancy 3 persons. No smoking in condo however a breezeway just outside is an excellent smoking area. Kitchen includes microwave, coffee maker, toaster,refrigerator,dishes and utensils, 5 gallon bottle water dispenser and 2 nuwave cook tops with pans. Living room includes flat screen TV with cable and wifi. Dining area is a large mahogany bar top with seating for 4. A. Large stereo system also included. Additional TV is located in the master Bedroom. Tiled bathroom has large shower with shower seat. Carrier air conditioner has remote and every room has a ceiling fan with light. Private covered golf cart parking just outside door. Excellent dining just 40 meters away at blue lagoon, ramones, or hurricanes, Piers close by for diving, snorkeling, fishing and other water excursions. Carlos & Ernies runaway bar pub located just across coconut drive. Optional laundry and maid services are available at modest prices. Linen and towels furnished. Local manager speaks English and Spanish and has 20 years experience in hotel management. She is well equipped to make your stay comfortable and worry free. Summary: It is south of the bridge in a poor neighborhood. Seaweed was coming in with a bad smell. Also fairly near the garbage water dump area. We were expecting a secret beach type of beach but the water was unclear, no one was swimming in it, we felt a bit unsafe.
