The accommodation
This luxuriously designed flat impresses with its modern design as well as its functionalities. All rooms are equipped with electronic blinds and heating controls. In addition, the flat has 500 Mbit fibre optic internet, which can be used in every room via WLAN and in some places also via LAN.
The living room has a 65-inch OLED TV with 5.1 sound system, cosy sofa and coffee table. Various streaming services are also available.
In the bedroom there is a desk with two monitors and a webcam. The wardrobe can be used and the bed is particularly long at 180 x 220 cm
There is a high-quality fully automatic coffee machine in the kitchen, which you can use to make delicious crema coffee. There is also a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. An oven, kettle, microwave and induction hob are also available.
The bathroom has a bathtub, rain shower and washing machine.
The flat is ideal for 1-3 people, on request I can also provide an air bed so that a maximum of 4 people can sleep in the flat.
