Do you want a quiet holiday in a mountain chalet (1,350m), independent with a beautiful view? Located high up, our family cottage on one level is surrounded by a garden and meadows, the forest is nearby. You will have a sunny balcony on its 3 fronts (East South and West).
On 3 levels, our warm cottage allows its inhabitants to live a pleasant holiday, thanks to its 5 independent rooms, and its true well equipped kitchen (raclette ovens, fondue ...), its independent stay, storage space for mountain equipment, a separate toilet on the ground floor, another toilet in the bathroom. Independent access to the balcony by the landing of the 1st floor and one of the bedrooms. A digital piano is available for music lovers in one of the attic rooms.

For the record: 1 large bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds, and attic floor: 1 twin bedroom and 1 bedroom with single bed also including an extra bed drawer.
From the chalet you can easily access many hikes or walks, of various levels and for all ages, as well as different climbing, and hiking to various sports refuges, peaks and passes.
The cottage is accessible by a paved private road sloping and serving two cottages. Our cottage is the highest chalet (at the end of private access road) and has an outdoor parking.
You can enjoy free transport throughout the Chamonix Valley and especially take very easily and pleasantly the train at the station Buet (3 minutes by car or 15 to 20 minutes walk by a nice path!).
You can enjoy the resources of Vallorcine, mountain village, located 13 km from Chamonix and 3 km from Switzerland: sports and family village with many activities, suitable for all ages. Starting point for hikes of all levels to meadows, streams, torrents, mountain pastures, refuges and summits. Climbing in cliff-school, blocks. ATV trails. 2 tennis and a wall. Library. Office of guides and guides in the village.
