Summary: Overall good but could improve a few things. Hard to please everyone but I found the bed to be somewhat uncomfortable - a mattress pad would help. We had an adjoining room and thankfully the person next to us was quiet but there was a gap under the door that allowed quite a bit of noise back and forth so we had to be concious of the volume of the TV. The property manager did ask how the stay was upon check-in which was appreciated. Suggested paper towels and Kleenex in the rooms and as well, would be nice if there was more than 2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 forks, etc. The manager commented that more could be provided if requested. Housekeeping was fine except there were 3 long black hairs left behind. The rooms face either one parking lot or the other so no good view either way.
