We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. -The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. It is a rollaway double bed, which means it needs to be rolled out from the bottom for use. -Each accommodation has a maximum guest limit, including adults, children, and infants. While the Airbnb platform does not count infants and children, the condominium does include them as guests in the total capacity, so we ask you to take this into consideration. ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the holiday season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access to enter the condominium and later in the Lobby you will receive your key to access the unit.
