Positive: The staff, cleanliness, toilet and shower areas, comfortable beds and amenities, lastly its location and overall convenience
Negative: I just feel it is a bit overpriced. Also you can't pay in $ via card, it has to be in Euros but co converted to Uzbekistan Som. That's not a great way to pay as it should be fixed, not volatile. You charge $ in cash, € on card but converted to Uzbek currency. That makes it good for the hotel owner but for customers it feels like an exploitation. Plus there should be more family rooms or couples room. My wife and I had to stay in separate rooms which was extremely inconvenient and pricey. A couples room for €80 (still I feel is high) for 10 hours would be optimal. But a very convenient and comfortable stay regardless.
