Q10 Seaglass Cottage is located on Ibis Drive close to the store and main entrance to Ocean Lakes. The home is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath with a lighted covered porch. The property comes with a complementary golf cart and gas grill. Master Bedroom: Queen bed with flat screen t.v, dresser and closet Second Bedroom: Two twins with upper and lower drawers, flat screen t.v Full bathroom is located off a hallway that connects both bedrooms. It has a standing shower and vanity. Half bathroom is located off the kitchen and connects to the second bedroom. It has a closet and vanity. Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, Keurig, coffee pot, bakingware, dishes ect. Seating at the bar with 4 chairs and also a fold out kitchen table with an addtional 4 chairs. Living room has a full leather sleeper sofa couch and a recliner. The house is equipped with wifi and cable t.v. Q10 is walking distance from Sandlapper lake, there is a cut through street located 4 homes down that is easy to walk your pet to. Golf cart has seating for 4 people, or 2 adults and 3 small children. Washer and dryer is located in the shed along with the golf cart charger. You may find coolers, beach chairs or even beach toys in there. Nothing is guaranteed but anything in the shed is complementary use during your stay. Ocean Lakes requires an addtional $10 per day per vehicle parking pass. Our site allows for 2 cars to be parked at it. This fee is paid to Ocean Lakes before you are allowed to enter. Linens are NOT provided with this rental! If you are in need of linens it is an additional $100 fee. The package includes Quilts, Flat&Fitted Sheets, Pillowcases, Washcloths, Towels and Handtowels. If you are bringing your own linens the bed set-up is Queen. Queen/Full, and two twins. The property does have pillows with protectors and the mattress have protectors on them.
