THIS IS A FULLY LICENSED RENTAL PROPERTY
Traditional Cycladic villa situated in a breathtaking position overlooking Psarou Beach.
This is a perfect family home in a quiet neighborhood of mykonos. NOT suitable for parties!!!! Smoking is NOT allowed in any room inside the house!
Offers stunning views to the sea and the surrounding islands. This house of 220sq.m. can comfortably accommodate 12 people in its 6 double bedrooms + 2 more people one in each living room for this purpose we add 2 single beds. Four of the rooms are ensuite and two of them share one bathroom. There are total 5 full bathrooms in the property. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens in this house one large and one smaller one both equiped with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, nespresso machine, cutlery, dishes etc. The house is surrounded by a large terrace with BBQ offering comfortable space for sunbathing during the day and having drinks at night.
The pool is for private use by the guests of the house only and its dimensions are 7m x 4m x 1.5m.
Parking space for 4-5 cars also included.

Summary: We were in Mykonos for a 40th. After a fair amount of research picked PSV villas. The villa and the view were so much more than we expected. Check in was super easy, Angelos and Barbara greeted us and showed us around. They had brought some groceries for us too- lovely touch. The rooms were lovely. The view from the ones on the top floor is spectacular. We were 7 people, and there was enough space. The villa had such a great vibe that we changed our plans one day and decided to hang out there instead of visiting one of the beach clubs. The pool was small but was just needed for a quick dip. The sun loungers are awesome. We had arranged for a driver for our trip and this made it easier to get to and from the villa. You can’t really walk anywhere- unless you’re feeling super brave!! We all loved our time there and would hesitate to recommend it to anyone. If you’re thinking about it, don’t, just go!!
