Protaras Holiday Villa Skyros is located in one of the best locations of Pernera just 200 meters from the well known beach of Kalamies with white sand and crystal clear waters.
The villa which is fully air-conditioned offers quality furniture and fittings throughout as well as free high speed wi-fi internet. The ground floor features an open plan living room with modern sofa set, dinning table for eight persons, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and guest toilet as well as a twin bedroom with en-suite shower.
The first floor features the master bedroom with en-suite Jacuzzi shower and a double bed, and another two double bedrooms. The family bathroom is spacious with a corner Jacuzzi bathtub.
The outside features a very spacious patio and garden area with a large 5x10m overflow pool a build in BBQ and pergola.
Overall villa Skyros is ideal for family vacations with the beach and all amenities being within a couple of minutes' walk.
Skyros is located in one of the best locations of Pernera just 2 minutes' walk to the picturesque Kalamies Beach. Within a 300 metre radius you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, watersports, organised beach and much more.
Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is quickly becoming as popular as central Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!
The nearest beach is Kalamies which is a white sand beach next to the picturesque fishing harbor of Golden Coast. There can be found many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras-Pernera also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Within 2-5 minutes' walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras Centre with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one's morning walk, or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.
