This recently restored 3-bedroom villa accommodates up to 8 people and is an excellent choice if you wish to spend your holiday amidst the Tuscan countryside. The interiors are welcoming and tastefully furnished.
The outside areas are entirely fenced and well looked after, the pool, sized 10x5, is in panoramic location and offers a nice solarium area with sun umbrellas and 8 sun beds.
The villa location is in easy reach to many places of interest in Tuscany and Umbria.

Summary: This home is beautifully constructed, and had all the amenities. Giacomo was very attentive and answered any messages immediately, and also provided us a bottle of Olive Oil that he bottled from his grove. The bedrooms were simply, but lovingly appointed, yet had everything that you needed, I felt there was ample space for hanging clothes or putting them in the drawers. The bathrooms were beautiful, very well done. They did have a blow dryer in the bathroom below, not sure of the upstairs. I used the washer while there, no dryer, but they have racks to hang the clothes. The kitchen had all that you need, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, electric teapot, utensils, a small assortment of teas/coffees. Pots/pans, cutting boards, everything you probably have at your home. While the home has air conditioning, we did not need to use it as the doors and windows were situated well, and we had good cross breezes if we opened the doors/windows. **My only thought here is that all doors/windows should have screens to keep out the flies/mosquitoes/bees/bugs/spiders. Only a few did. The swimming pool is nice and was refreshing. (A nice breeze was always present at the time we stayed here, not certain about the rest of summer.) In closing, I would recommend this lovely home as a place for peace and quiet, or a retreat from the busyness of life. It is 5 miles from town, (maybe less, but it felt like 5 miles) up a narrow road. We used this home as a base and traveled throughout Tuscany everyday, and the long haul back up the hill was a bit tedious. If you stay a week or more, I would suggest planning a day of sightseeing, then two days or so at the home to enjoy it, then sightseeing again, etc., this would be the perfect place.
