The Villa Karl is our individually furnished house for max. 6 persons with pool for exclusive and undisturbed use with pleasant privacy.
The 2700 m2 large, Mediterranean planted plot with 200 years old olive trees, as well as orange, lemon and fig trees is secluded grown with oleander and cypress bushes and completely fenced. It offers many possibilities and retreat as much space for children's games.
Our home is comfortable and tasteful furnishings. We attach great importance to ensuring that you feel comfortable in our personal equipment well. We ourselves love to cook, so you no anonymous Rental equipment, but all the cooking utensils are outfitted to prepare your self-catering in our kitchen z. B.. Radiators in every room and a fireplace also allow a winter stay (we offer special rates at a long term rental).
Our house offers with its wraparound terrace surfaces (300 m2) generous sun - and shadow places and at any time of a lot of space and freedom with a variety of comfortable seating. Our house lies on the border between the provinces of Taranto and Salento. His regional location offers all the benefits of a relaxing yet varied holiday in Puglia. Here, the Villa Karl is in a prime and inhabited all year round - ie not tourist - residential area Mandurias, surrounded by large old olive plantations and vineyards. At the same time the next village Uggiano Montefusco is located across the street close to just 1.5 km. Only a few minutes away from our house starts the vast, totally unspoilt coast of the Ionian Sea. There is gently sloping sandy beaches with crystal clear waters and kilometers of beaches with dunes fragrant maquis. The tranquil off season is ideal for individual travelers, in July and August it is then quiriliger. Enjoy the early morning by the sea and have breakfast then in a nice cafe in Campormarino. Take in the summer the versatile leisure activities by the sea and in the evening on the holiday house privacy and peace in the hinterland.
