As a part of our commitment to the community, the primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25 year old’s or those living in the local vicinity), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome!

Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.
Optional pool heat is available for $175 for the first 5 days including tax and $35 for additional days after this. Heating can be requested for any length of stay with $175 being the minimum payment and is usually required to be on for the duration of your stay. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the winter and spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.

Windsor at Westside in Kissimmee, Florida is one of the newest Resort Community, located West of Highway 192. An upscale Luxury Gated Vacation Resort Home Community, the amenities are extraordinary. A 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse includes a fitness center, Lazy River. Resort-style pool complete with a Winding Water Slide and Tiki Bar that serves drinks & has a tempting menu for poolside dining.
Multi-Purpose sports courts round out this fabulous amenity, along with a Sundry Shop so you never need to leave the resort! Windsor at Westside is manned gated community to ensure the safety for guests and homeowners.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home and resort. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 10PM.
