APARTMENT LOCATION: This first floor South facing privately owned apartment is situated in the Village area of Clube Albufeira with the partially heated pool (1 of 4 on the site) and great snack bar, children's play area consisting of swings, slide &, climbing apparatus. A few minutes walk away is the Casa Azul restaurant and pool which offers snacks by day and is an Italian restaurant at night. The restaurant provides regular weekend live entertainment."
"ACCOMODATION: The apartment has a spacious hallway from which you have access to all the rooms. Starting with the 2nd bedroom which has 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside cabinets, safe & spacious built-in closet. Next to the bedroom is a separate bathroom with sink, bath/shower, toilet and bidet. The closet, from the hallway, houses a washing machine and cleaning utensils. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts; dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave etc. The kitchen is half open, so you look into the living room. At the rear of the apartment you will find the main bedroom with 1 queen size bed, large flat screen tv, air conditioning, spacious built-in closet, sliding door to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with sink, bath/shower, toilet and bidet. At the end of the hall you come into the living room with a dining table & chairs, comfortable sitting area with a sofa bed, fireplace, flat screen TV, air conditioning and of course Patio doors leading out to the terrace, which has a table, chairs and parasol and is south facing with views over the Resort. The the balcony has sunshine from Morning till Evening!
"COMPLEX OVERVIEW: Clube Albufeira is a beautiful spacious resort with low-rise apartments and spacious, well-maintained, green communal gardens with all the facilities you can wish for. A total of 4 beautiful pools spread across the resort, tasty restaurants/bars, mini golf, a mini market, a children’s playground, playing field for basketball, football and volleyball. Just across the road, from the complex, you will find a small supermarket, 2 tennis and padel courts. A short walk away is a well stocked supermarket and further lovely eateries.
The Old Town of Albufeira with its extensive shopping, bars, nightlife, restaurants and the famous Fisherman’s Beach is less than 5 mins away by taxi (approx. 5 euros) or there is a circular bus every 30 minutes opposite the complex, which can take you into Albufeira town, the marina, the beach or the bus station to travel further afield, for a few euros.
By foot into Albufeira, there is a bridal path, including outside gym on the way, which will take around 20- 30 minutes, you can also cycle this path, it is well maintained and lit in the evening.
The apartment and complex, is also ideally located for the numerous golf courses nearby and for exploring beyond Albufeira, throughout the Algarve and into Southern Portugal and Spain."
