This condo is one of the few in this small development that offers you your own private pool! And we’re not talking about a plunge pool … this is a POOL! Your large pool has a separate jetted tub plus an infinity edge with swim-up seating so you can gaze out at the ocean and the surrounding mountainsides. The views are incredible!

Mariner’s Point is perched on the hillside overlooking Playa Hermosa. The gated community has 4 buildings with a beautiful oceanview community pool with a large palapa, swim-up seating, beach chairs, and even a lap pool!
With just 200 meters separating you from the beach, this condo is perfect for travelers wanting to hear the waves crashing while still being close to amenities. Playa Hermosa is a small community just 25-minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. There are 2 grocery stores, many amazing dining options, and a spectacular beachfront featuring a walking path. It’s a great launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. You are just a few minutes from the conveniences of Playas del Coco with several grocery stores, many restaurants, bars, and shops.
Guests have private access to the condo and pool. There is also a community pool in the development, shared with other guests.
Your exterior space flows down to a large lower deck area with comfortable loungers and direct sunlight all day. Do some morning yoga, catch some rays, and watch the sunset from your massive outdoor living area. On the large covered terrace, you’ll find a gas BBQ and outdoor kitchen, a dining table that seats 6, and Adirondack chairs for lounging. And there’s still an entire condo to explore!
Back inside you enter the large living space with a comfortable leather L-shaped sofa, Smart TV with Apple TV, and super-fast internet and Amazon Alexa throughout the unit. Just beside the living area is a gorgeous dining table that seats 8 plus additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a large side-by-side fridge, dishwasher, and oven plus a ceramic cooktop. Small appliances, loads of dishes, and everything you need to cook up a great meal OR let us connect you with a local chef!
Down the hall are the three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bedroom, a large closet, and access to the first of 3 bathrooms. This one has a large shower and can be accessed from both the bedroom and the hallway. The second bedroom is across the hall and has a comfy king bed with large closet and ensuite bathroom with a large shower. Pass by the laundry closet with stacked washer/dryer on the way to the principal bedroom. This large space has a king bed, smart TV with digital cable, lots of storage and a Juliet balcony to allow natural light into the space. The ensuite bathroom has both a large shower stall and large jacuzzi tub, plus a large vanity. All linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. Just pack your toothbrush and bathing suit and enjoy this stunning property!
Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with! The home is perched high in the hills of the Hermosa and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.
