WALK TO MEEKS BAY and the shores of Lake Tahoe. It is in close proximity to ski areas: Homewood, Alpine, Squaw Valley, Heavenly, etc. Snow play for kids up the street and/or sledding at Granlibakken. Situated between the well known State Parks - Emerald Bay and Sugar Pine Point. Hiking, Bike trails, tennis, swimming, boating all nearby.
